1. Light meal will be available after the Welcome Reception
On October 14th, Welcome Reception for the symposium attendees will be held at Thermal Hotel Visegrád from 18:00 to 20:00. After the reception, there will be food and non-alcoholic beverages (buffet style) available until around 10 p.m., so that attendees arriving by the last shuttle from Budapest will have ample time to have dinner. The venue of the welcome reception and dinner will be announced.
2. Airport transfer (Liszt Ferenc Airport - Thermal Hotel Visegrád)
We plan to provide shuttle bus services from Budapest Ferenc Liszt Airport to Thermal Hotel Visegrád on the day of arrival (Oct. 14th) and from the hotel to the airport on the day of departure (October 19th).
Travel time between Budapest airport and Thermal Hotel Visegrád is approximately 1.5 hours.

3. Transfer between Budapest downtown and Thermal Hotel Visegrád
The following shuttle service will be provided between Budapest-Keleti railway station and Thermal Hotel Visegrád.

4. Taking a taxi from the airport
If you are taking a taxi from Budapest airport to Thermal Hotel Visegrád or Budapest city center, it is recommended to use "Főtaxi," the official taxi company for Budapest airport. There is a booth for Főtaxi located at the exit of Terminals 2A and 2Bwhere you can call for a car. Their service is available until the last flight to the airport is over.
The fare to Visegrád is around 80 to 100 Euro and the travel takes about an hour.
