  • Once you pay the registration fee, you are eligible to receive an abstract book and to have lunch (Oct. 30th, 31st, and Nov. 2nd) and dinner (Oct. 30th - Nov. 2nd) at Dian Jun Wang Hotel. You are also entitled to have lunch during the Free Discussion on Nov. 1st.
  • In addition, you are invited to the welcome reception (Oct. 29th) and the symposium banquet (Nov. 2nd) at the hotel.
  • Accompanying person fee for children aged below thirteen is free.

Payment

  • Online payment can only be made by credit card (VISA/MASTER) in Japanese yen.
  • If you have missed the deadline of the online registration, the payment can only be made in cash (45,000 JPN / 410 USD* / 360 EUR*) at the registration desk on site.
    *Subject to change according to the currency exchange rate.
  • Please note that we will not accept credit card payment for the on-site registrations.

Refund Policy for Registration Fee

  • Cancellation of your registration will be accepted until September 28, 2017. For the cancellation, you are requested to send us (mihoshiabe@chem.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp) a letter with your name and the amount of the payment.
  • Please note that 7,000JPY (approx. 64 USD/ 56 EUR) may be charged for the cancellation process.
  • No requests for refunds will be accepted after September 28, 2017.

  • The registration desk will be open on October 29th at Dian Jun Wang Hotel.

Accommodations and reservation:

  • A block of room has been reserved for the participants of ISUILS2017 at two symposium hotels:
    1. Dian Jun Wang Hotel (symposium venue)
    2. Chang Chun Teng Hotel
  • Dian Jun Wang Hotel is the symposium venue. Chang Chun Teng Hotel is about five-minute walk from the symposium venue (Dian Jun Wang Hotel).
  • Book your rooms from the travel agency booking site in the link below. We recommend our participants to book well in advance.
  • Rooms are available at Dian Jun Wang hotel from a day prior to the symposium, from October 28 (limited number of rooms only).

Visa application

  • For participants requiring entry visas to China, an invitation letter from the local organizer will be issued. Please contact ISUILS Secretary (mihoshiabe@chem.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp).
  • Please provide the following details with your request for an invitation letter.
    1. Your full name (as on the passport)
    2. Nationality/Citizenship
    3. Date of birth
    4. Passport number
    5. Passport expiry date
    6. Scheduled period of stay in Lijiang (from dd/mm/yy to dd/mm/yy)
  • For visa requirements, please contact the Chinese embassy/consulate in your area.
