This year, 2013 and the next, 2014 is the Año Dual España-Japón (the Double Year of Japan in Spain) commemorating the 400 years of relations between the two countries. ISUILS12 is officially regarded as one of the events celebrating this anniversary of the Spain-Japan bilateral exchange.
