All deadlines close at 23:59 JST (Japan Standard Time; UTC+0900).
- Once you pay the registration fee, you are eligible to download an abstract book and to have lunches (Sep. 15th, 16th, and 18th) and dinner (Sep. 15th) at Hotel La Torre.
- In addition, you are invited to the welcome reception (Sep. 14th) at Hotel La Torre and the symposium banquet (Sep. 18th) at restaurant Alle Terrazze Mondello.
- Free Discussion program A separate participation fee (200 Euro) will be charged. The fee is to be paid onsite.
- Accompanying person fee for children aged below thirteen is free.
Payment
- Online payment can only be made by a credit card (VISA/MASTER) in Japanese yen.
- If you have missed the deadline of the online registration, the payment can only be made in cash (90,000 JPN / 560 EUR*) at the registration desk on site.
*Subject to change according to the currency exchange rate of the day. - Please note that on-site payment can only be made in cash. We will not accept credit card payment at the on-site registration.
Refund Policy for Registration Fee
- Cancellation of your registration will be accepted until August 14th, 2025 For the cancellation, you are requested to send us (mihoshiabe@chem.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp) an email with your name and the amount of the payment.
- Please note that a handling fee may be charged for the cancellation process.
- No requests for refunds will be accepted after August 14th.
Online Registration
- Click the ”Click here to register for ISUILS2025" button below, fill in the registration form and complete your registration.
[1] After completing your registration, click the "Pay Fee" button to go to the payment screen. Payment will be completed by entering your payment/credit card information.
Please note that you must complete your payment within 24 hours. (After 24 hours, you will be required to re-start the registration process.)
[2] Upon registration, you will be sent an email notifying you that your registration is accepted. There is a link for payment in the notification email from which you can complete your payment.
Please note that registration will be complete only after payment of the registration fee is done.
[3] No notification email will be sent upon completing your payment. Please save the payment screen notifying that your payment has been received.
- Please send an email request to ISUILS Secretary (mihoshiabe@chem.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp) if you need an invoice/receipt of the registration fee.
