Once you pay the registration fee, you are eligible to receive an abstract book and to have lunch (Oct. 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th). In addition, you are invited to the welcome reception (Oct. 2nd) at Cassis Convention Center and the symposium banquet (Oct. 6th) at the restaurant “La Presqu’ile.”
Accompanying person fee for children aged below thirteen is free.
Online payment can only be made by a credit card (VISA/MASTER) in Japanese yen.
If you have missed the deadline of the online registration, the payment can only be made in cash (40,000 JPY/ 330 EUR*/ 370 USD*) at the registration desk on site.
Please note that we will not accept credit card payment for the on-site registrations.
Cancellation of your registration will be accepted until September 1st, 2016. For the cancellation, you are requested to send the ISUILS Secretary (mihoshiabe@chem.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp) a letter with your name and the amount of the payment.
Please note that a fee of 7,000 JPN (approx. 56 EUR/ 64 USD) may be charged for the cancellation process if the amount is to be reimbursed to the payee’s bank account.
No requests for refunds will be accepted after September 1st, 2016.
